By purchasing food, buyer need to remember a few simple rules. On the packaging of any food product must contain the following information:

– product name;

– information on the Verification of conformity, subject to mandatory conformity;

– bar code identification;

– information on the rules and conditions of the product use, under which it is not dangerous for the health of the consumer;

– quantity (weight or volume).

In the case of non-conformity with the requirements, the sale of goods that have expired and similar violations, consumer has the right to present demands seller, established by the Law "On Protection of Consumers' Rights Article. 20 "Consumer rights in the case of realization of his poor quality of the goods":

– replacement of a defective product of good quality;

– proportionate reduction of the purchase price;

– immediate gratuitous elimination of defects in goods;

– compensation to eliminate the defects of the costs.
