Due to the long and latent course of hepatitis, delayed mortality from complications is of great socioeconomic importance. (cirrhosis and oncological lesions of the liver). They carry, primarily, severe health consequences of the sick, accompanied by significant diagnostic costs, treatment and rehabilitation of patients.

The increase in the incidence of viral hepatitis is largely due to the spread of the practice of risky sexual behavior and drug addiction.
