For the purposes of consideration, taking appropriate measures to protect, implementation, restoration of rights, freedoms and (or) legitimate interests of applicants, getting answers to their questions, set out in the appeals, входящие в компетенцию учреждения «Гомельский областной центр профилактической дезинфекции», the institution organized a personal reception of citizens, their representatives, representatives of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs.

• Прием заявителей в учреждении «Гомельский областной центр профилактической дезинфекции» осуществляется 1 раза в месяц по средам с 8.00 to 13.00 в соответствии с утверждённым графиком личного приёма.

Personal reception of citizens and legal entities is carried out by appointment.

Предварительная запись на личный прием к руководителю учреждения «Гомельский областной центр профилактической дезинфекции» осуществляется секретарем приемной по номеру тел. 29-58-18. Pre-registration ends one working day before the day of admission.

Applicants are being accepted:

In case of temporary absence on the day of personal reception of another official, conducting a personal reception, the head of the organization is obliged to ensure the timely and proper performance of the functions of a temporarily absent official by another official of the organization.

When verbally applied, a citizen, his representative, a representative of a legal entity must present a document, identity (and representatives must also present documents, confirming their authority), and state the essence of the appeal.

In a personal appointment, an appointment for a personal appointment may be denied in cases:

• appeals on, not related to the competence of the state institution "Gomel Regional Center for Preventive Disinfection";
• calls on unspecified days and hours;
• when the applicant has already been given an exhaustive answer to his questions;
• when the correspondence with the applicant on the issues set out in the appeal is terminated;
• when the applicant uses technical means (audio- and video recording, cinema and photography) without the consent of the official, conducting a personal reception, and refuses to stop their use;
• the unsubmitted document, identity of the applicant, his representative, as well as document, confirming the authority of the representative of the applicant.

If the solution of questions, set out during a personal reception, does not fall under the competence of the organization, in which a personal reception is held, the relevant officials do not consider the appeal on the merits, but explain, which organization should be contacted to resolve issues, set out in the circulation.

If to resolve the issue, stated in the oral address and related to the competence of the organization, in which a personal reception is held, further study and verification required, the appeal is stated by the applicant in writing and is subject to consideration in the manner, established by this Law for written applications.

Oral appeals may be left without consideration on the merits if:

• no documents submitted, identity of the applicants, their representatives, as well as documents, confirming the credentials of the representatives of the applicants;
• appeals contain questions, the decision of which is not within the competence of the organization, in which a personal reception is held;
• the applicant has already been given an exhaustive answer to the questions of interest to him or the correspondence with this applicant on such issues has been terminated;
• the applicant during a personal reception allows the use of obscene or offensive words or expressions;
• the applicant uses technical means (audio- and video recording, cinema and photography) without the consent of the official, conducting a personal reception, and refuses to stop their use;
• appeals contain threats to life, health and property, incitement to commit an unlawful act or the applicant otherwise abuses the right to appeal.

According to article 20 Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" dated 18 july 2011 No. 300-Z (with changes and additions) the response to appeals can be appealed to a higher organization (State Institution "Gomel Regional Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health ", g. Gomel, st. Moiseenko, 49).
