In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 23 july 2012 Year No. 667 "On some issues of working with appeals of citizens and legal entities" (with changes and additions) during the "direct telephone lines" citizens and legal entities apply to the organization on issues, within its jurisdiction, or on a pre-planned topic, due to its relevance.

When contacting the “direct telephone line”, a citizen must provide his last name, given name, surname (if available), residence information and (or) work (study), and a representative of a legal entity - a surname, given name, surname (if available), the name of the legal entity it represents and its legal address, state the essence of the appeal.

When a person refuses, contacting the "direct telephone line", provide information, above, he is informed, that the request is anonymous, and no response is given, except in cases, when it contains information about the forthcoming, committed or committed crime.

When conducting a “direct telephone line”, by decision of the head, an audio recording can be made with the notification of citizens and legal entities.

Reception of appeals during the "direct telephone line" may be terminated, if a citizen or representative of a legal entity allows the use of obscene or offensive words or expressions.

If further study is needed, conducting a special check or requesting relevant information, the appeal is registered on the day of its receipt by issuing a registration and control card. If an application is received on a non-working day, it is registered no later than on the first following business day.. If the appeal or individual questions posed in it, received during the "direct telephone line", do not fall within the competence of the institution "Gomel Regional Center for Preventive Disinfection", citizen and legal entity is explained, Which organization should they apply to?.

  • appeals contain questions, to which the institution "Gomel Regional Center for Preventive Disinfection" had previously answered (the correspondence on the issues stated in the appeals has been terminated), and they do not contain new circumstances, important for the consideration of appeals on the merits;
  • for consideration of appeals on the merits, it is necessary to indicate the personal data of citizens, with the exception of those contained in the appeals. Citizens are invited to apply with oral or written appeals in the order, provided by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 18 july 2011 of the year "On appeals of citizens and legal entities" (with changes and additions).

When leaving requests, received during the "direct telephone line", without consideration on the merits, a citizen and a legal entity are notified of this in writing within five working days from the date of registration of applications in the organization.
