We start talking about health only then, when we lose it. Health is the main value in life! You can't buy it for any money, but it can be preserved and strengthened.

World Lung Day is celebrated 25 september and serves as a reminder of the importance of caring, prevention of respiratory health.

Factors in the development of chest pathologies:

  • improper nutrition;
  • chronic diseases;
  • age;
  • stress and psycho-emotional state;
  • harmful working conditions.

How to keep your respiratory system healthy?

  5. Get an annual lung examination using fluorography or radiography. At the first symptoms of the disease, consult a doctor.
  6. Include plenty of fruits in your diet, vegetables and foods rich in antioxidants. Avoid excess fat and sugar intake. Drink enough fluids to maintain normal body function.
  7. Avoid being in crowded places, Avoid attending public events during the period of viral diseases. Observe basic rules of personal hygiene (hand washing), use protective equipment.
  8. Get physical activity, breathing exercises, strengthen your body and walk in the fresh air more often – all this helps improve lung function and strengthen the respiratory system.
  9. Treat your teeth on time! Bacteria from the mouth can enter the respiratory system and lungs. This disrupts their work and leads to various diseases..
